I am a graduate of the Film School in Čimelice, I have been working in the NFA since 1973. As a curator and cataloguer, I specialize mainly in Czech feature film, and I co-authored the catalogue Czech Feature Film I.-VI. 1898-1993, which extensively maps Czechoslovak film production. In addition, I also focus on German and Scandinavian cinema. In the NFA, I am also involved in the identification of unknown film materials and photographs from films, restoration and viraging of Czech silent films, providing expert consultations to the professional and lay public and participating in the research agenda.
