I am a graduate of History of European Culture at Charles University and Teaching for secondary schools (history, Czech language) at the University of South Bohemia. Already in my final thesis I focused on Czechoslovak feature films during the communist period. I joined the Národní filmový archiv in 2017. As an archivist in the Film Collections Department, I deal with film materials. My job description also includes the organization of internal screenings including identification screenings, archiving of films, part of the acquisition agenda, storage of film materials and more. I am now actively involved in restoration and reconstruction. At the same time I am also one of the lecturers of our course for projectionists, where I give lectures on film material.
