I have been working in the Department of Curators of the Národní filmový archiv since October 2017. I am involved in developing, processing and making accessible works at the intersection of cinema and artistic practice. In connection with this focus, between 2019 and 2023 I led the research project Videoarchiv, whose main outputs include a collective monograph and a methodology for the long-term care of this type of work. Thanks to this project, we are able to continue developing the Videoarchive collection. Both historical and contemporary works in this field are being added to the specialist database. I also engage with the history of experimental and avant-garde film from the perspective of its exhibition and interdisciplinary character. I regularly curate film programmes and contribute to specialised and academic periodicals. Since my studies at the Film Studies Department, Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, Charles University in Prague, I have been interested in the field of expanded and relocated moving image and interdisciplinary intersections.
