I started at the Národní filmový archivin 2013 in the Business Department, later I became the Head of the Economic Department and then the Director of the Economic and Administrative Agendas Section. After returning from parental leave, I work part-time as the Methodologist of this section. We meet when dealing with complex tasks that impact the functioning of the whole institution. I enjoy inventing and forging new paths, and I am not afraid to let go of what does not serve, thereby helping to fulfill our mission.
