The 9.5 mm film format and the development of amateur and family filmmaking in the present-day Czech Republic (1922-1960)

The main task of the research project is to critically analyse the history of Czech amateur and family film, a part of which is linked to the existence of the 9.5 mm film format, 100 years after its introduction into amateur filmmaking practice by the French company Pathé in 1922.
