After studying psychology, I did client work and management in the non-profit and mental health fields. I have been working as HR Manager at the Národní filmový archiv since 2018. I take care of selection procedures, set up and implement employee care processes, conduct HR consultations and feedback interviews, and coordinate internal training and internships. Above all, I make sure that everyone has a good time working for us.
