In 1998 I graduated from the Department of Film Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. I have been working at the Národní filmový archiv since 2000 as a historian and curator of the animated film collection. I lecture and publish on Czech and international animation. I collaborate with domestic and foreign organizers of cultural events and festivals on shows, retrospective programs and exhibitions of animation.
