I'm a film historian. I graduated in film studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. My long-term research interest is the history of Czechoslovak cinema, especially between 1945-1989. In the past I worked as an archive documentarian and professional librarian at the National Gallery in Prague. Since 2023 I have been working at the Národní filmový archiv in the Department of Filmography and Cataloguing, where I am mainly involved in the care of the documentary film collection and its cataloguing. At the same time, I collaborate on the filmographic processing of the collection, participate in editing and storing metadata in the internal database.
