I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Film Theory and History and a Master's degree in Management in Culture at Masaryk University in Brno. From 2017 to 2022 I worked at Ji.hlava IDFF, since 2019 as a program manager. In addition to working for the NFA, I am also the dramaturg of the film section at the Luhovaný Vincent festival. At the NFA, I have been working as Head of the Commercial Department since the summer of 2022. I manage the strategy and concept of the department, coordinate the handling of licensing orders and cooperation with other departments of the archive. My long-term goal is to streamline the department's work processes and to raise the visibility of the NFA in the domestic and international market through licensing and collaboration.
