About the film distribution
In the second half of the film, there is an educational medical section warning about the dangers of STDs. The film was also released in a dubbed German language version under the title Der verhängnisvolle Augenblick, which was censored in March 1936 with a length of 2,430 metres. The German dubbing with dialogue by Josef Wagner was produced by Josef Kokeisel's sound studio Avant-Garde Artistische Film Industrie AAFI.
